A Fried Mars Bar

When I was working at the local call center I sat next to a Scottish lady. One day I asked her what I should do if I went to Scotland. Her immediate reply was that I should try a fried mars bar.

It is only available at a chippy (fish and chip shop) and it does sound disgusting, I'll admit. They take a mars bar (I preferred the galaxy caramel by the way, I got both done) dip it in the same batter they would dip the fish into, fry it in the same oil, and serve it up for enjoyment.

So when in Rome... or Scotland as it happened to be...
DELICIOUS! Tasted much like a chocolate croissant, I have had another one since at our local chippy and more are definitely on their way.
