I have had some good ideas and advice. Right now I am sitting eating Shredded Wheat cereal (Thanks Angela you were right) no sugar in the making of these, and no added sugar, it's not too bad actually.
So I survived my first day, but last night after supper I was just dying for something sweet, I fell asleep wishing I could eat some chocolate, or cereal with sugar, or a syrup sandwich, anything!
