Everyone loves to give advice. Mine: Vitamin E oil (the actual oil itself - think, sticky stuff, not some cosmetic product that merely says "Vit. E" on the bottle). Twice a day, for months; avoid the sun (don't know how). The scar won't show. (Everyone else's ideas will be better.)
