Corbin's cross country running

Corbin had been doing cross country, and he is improving his time every week he runs!

 Rachel has appointed herself as his coach/motivator, she does a great job. (She runs the entire circuit with him, handing him water and asthma pump as needed)

Cheryn's birthday part 2 and 3

Part 2:

We had a small cake on Saturday evening when Cheryn got back from her day in London :)

We went to Pete's house on Sunday evening to celebrate with the whole family :)

Thoroughly 16!  She had three days of celebrations, that's how it should be!

Happy 16th Birthday Cheryn!

 The day began with the traditional pile up in bed to open presents,

 Cheryn got some new nail polish, it's magnetic, so when you paint it on you hold the magnet over the nail and it creates a pattern.  It is so cool!

This is one of the presents that Pete got for Cheryn, it's brilliant!

Flying!

Dianne and I used to do this when we were younger (at least I think it was Dianne and I...) It's great fun, especially if you can do a run up and get it right first time.

Dad's visit

Dad came for a visit, and while he was here...

We got photos of all the UK cousins,

 And height comparisons,

 He went for dinner at Pete's house,

 And got photos of me and the kids too,

And he worked hard as usual!  Serviced my sewing machine and overlocker, shortened my desk (which was too high) fixed my bedroom door so that it can open and attached a fire chain on one of the other doors! Phew, he is going to need a holiday after visiting us...
