I Promise...

I promise that I won't do loads of these, but I think it is the coolest thing ever!  All the sound effects are on the program too.  You know what I'm going to be spending my time on for the next while.  Some people scrap book, I make videos :)

I have discovered iMovie!!!

Missionaries and family home evening

Every Monday we have the missionaries over for Family Home Evening.  It is great fun, and I love that they are so good with our children.   It is transfers tomorrow, so I wanted to get a photo of them.  Do you think I could get one where they were both just smiling!!!  Oh well, that's boys for you!  We love them and count it a great privilege to be able to feed them and have them participate in our lives.  These two are Elder Fowers and Elder Bronson.  A great team.

Elder Bronson had this game, you have to type the numbers in the correct order then push a button to indicate that you are finished, but if you get the sequence wrong, you get shocked.  Zeek didn't know this, and we were all waiting to see him get caught out.

Zeek had it on the light setting, Elder Bronson changed it to the high setting and showed us what it does.  It was so funny to see them trying it out, but I wouldn't have a go, no thanks!

New Year's Day Evening

We went to Angela's house and had dinner there.  I wanted my mom to have pictures of us here on the Isle of Wight, so I'm doing a post like the one she did.

New Year's Day

I wanted to go for a walk this morning, Pete was still in bed, so he didn't come.  Cheryn was reading and Zeek had already walked to Angela's house, so it was Corbin, Rachel and I who went walking.

New Year's Eve

We loaded some of our favourite songs onto the computer, and from 11:20pm we danced.  Then we turned the radio on for the last minute and counted down.  We also joined hands and sang Auld Lang Syne together.  We carried on dancing till 12:20am then called it quits.

This was the most fun New Year's Eve I have had since our street parties in Umbilo.  I'm glad we did it.
