PETE IS THE KINDEST GUY AROUND!

Today in the post, I got Iphoto!!!!!

He found it at Amazon way cheaper than I saw it at the apple store. I am so excited, it is the newer version too, so it has more features. I am excited to play with it now.

No good deed goes unpunished

Have you ever heard that expression before, it often rings true!

My computer was having some problems, so I backed up everything and asked Pete to reformat it for me. He kindly did so and all seemed well. I put all the documents and photos back onto my new clean computer, all the music too.

Then I looked on the applications list for iphoto (the program I use the most, and love and use and love and use...) I think you get the picture, it wasn't there!!!!!

When I bought this computer it came with iphoto as a bonus, when you reformat it you loose iphoto, neither of us knew this. I am very sad.

So now I can't even manipulate my photos, no red eye fixing, no cropping, no nothing, all I can do is upload them onto my computer and rotate them. Woe is me.

I can buy iphoto of course, but can't do that at the moment. So for now, I think my blogging will take a back seat, as will my photo taking because there is not much I can do with them.

Happy Birthday Rachel

Pete and I gave Rachel a Triop farm. They are like sea monkeys, the live for two months and then their babies hatch, and so the cycle goes on, we are looking forward to seeing them grow, they grow up to 4cm long. I'll take pictures some time later.
